Where this comes from
Everything is drawn from OSHA’s public enforcement records and the Department of Labor’s open data, refreshed daily. The 67-day median and the six-month statutory ceiling were measured across 162 cited inspections, not estimated.
The address we give you is the employer’s own mailing address, not the inspection site. For construction and other mobile trades those differ about two-thirds of the time, because the inspection happens at the customer’s premises.
